A four-step process.
A tight timeline, documentation to institutional-investor standards, and a single point of contact from start to finish.

Preparation
Memorandum, financial model, teaser and data room. Qualified investor target list.
Outreach
Investor approach, Q&A management, receipt and comparison of offers.
Execution
Negotiation of terms, coordination of legal counsel, closing and post-transaction follow-up.
Track record
Selective mandates on demanding situations.
A selection of recently advised transactions. Client names are disclosed on request.
Completed transactions and signed ongoing mandates.
Positioning
Independent, experienced, available.
Agremax receives no remuneration from investors: our only principal is the issuer. We readily work on a co-mandate basis with partner banks or boutiques when the size or nature of the transaction warrants it.
Fees typically combine a fixed retainer and a success fee indexed on the amounts actually raised.
A financing or fundraising project?
A first 30-minute call is enough to qualify the need, the timeline and the feasibility.
